Our equine facility has beautiful views of the Las Vegas Strip and is just minutes to the lake or endless desert trails and mountains. The property is monitored 24 hours a day by knowledgeable horse people and owners.

This full service facility has shaded, outdoor stalls (20’x20’) with feeders. We offer both automatic watering systems and individual tanks that are cleaned and filled daily with fresh well water, not chemically-treated city water.

We feed a high quality alfalfa cubed hay (grass and/or alfalfa baled hay negotiable) twice daily, and feed your grain and/or our beet pulp once daily as an afternoon snack along with flaxseed that acts as a sand clear twice weekly. Stalls are cleaned daily, and twice weekly turnout is included.

We have a lighted arena, 60 foot round pen, tie and wash rack with padded footing for safety, a locked tack room and club house with assigned saddle racks and bridle hooks, and a covered feed shed. We provide a clean, private bathroom with sink and mirror.

We also provide horse trailer parking (dependant on availability), exercising, training, grooming, bathing, lessons, clipping, equine massage, and round pen work for additional fees.

All this for the most reasonably priced board in the area, at $300 a month.
